You can probably ask for the temperature reading from any device with a temperature sensor that is supported by Alexa. For example in my house I can ask Alexa for the current temperature from my Honeywell thermostat or my iHome multisensor. But AFAIK Alexa does not offer temperature as a trigger for routines.
